We have removed the ability to email our office via the website.
This website is currently available for education and information. Please use the online form to request your records. You can find it under the resource tab, then forms.
Click on medical records release authorization. Please fill out <b>ALL</b> numbered blanks and return the form via fax (913) 261-9560, email (<a href="mailto:[email protected]">[email protected]</a>), or US mail. Dr. Strinden no longer lives in Lufkin. For patients, there will be a $5.00 fee for copying records for mailing. We will be happy to forward records to any doctor of your choosing. Please allow 4 weeks for processing records requests.<br><br></p>

<h2>Dr. Strinden's Schedule</h2>
<p>Dr. Strinden sees patients Monday and Wednesday in clinic. He operates on Tuesdays and Thursdays at Memorial Hospital, Woodland Heights Hospital or Gaslight Surgery Center.</p><br />
<p>Fridays are reserved for cosmetic surgery in the office. Dr. Strinden is the full owner of Lufkin Plastic Surgery.</p>

<p>In case of an after hours emergency, a call to the office will reach the page operator at Memorial Hospital and they will in turn page Dr. Strinden or the doctor on call.</p><br />
<p>If you need to cancel an appointment, please let our appointment desk know as soon as possible.</p>

<p>On your first visit, please bring your driver’s license, list of medications, and insurance card if you are a reconstructive patient. Please arrive a few minutes early to complete paperwork. Let us know if you have had radiologic studies so Dr. Strinden can view them prior to your visit or request that you bring a copy. If you are a returning patient, please be sure to update your contact information and insurance information with the receptionist.</p>
